Terms and Conditions
Jurisdiction: South Africa
1. Agreement and authority
By activating an account or using the service, the customer confirms that it has authority to enter the agreement and permit its users to process information through KingDesk. Individual users must comply with their organization’s instructions and assigned privileges.
2. Subscriptions and payment
Access depends on the selected package, usage limits and payment status. Prices are shown in South African rand unless stated otherwise. Subscription invoices are issued on the 25th for automated monthly billing. Unpaid amounts may result in restricted or suspended access after applicable notices.
3. Acceptable use
Users may not access another organization’s data, share credentials, bypass controls, introduce malicious code, perform unlawful surveillance, send unsolicited communications, overload services or use the platform to violate another person’s rights.
4. Digital approvals
Electronic quotation, contract and job approvals record the signer’s name, signature representation, timestamp, network address and verification hash. A user must sign only when authorized and after reviewing the complete record.
5. Availability and changes
Maintenance, security events and dependencies may occasionally affect availability. Material service or commercial changes will be communicated through reasonable channels. Customers remain responsible for suitable connectivity, supported browsers and local continuity arrangements.
6. Liability and termination
Each party remains responsible for its own unlawful acts, instructions and data. Accounts may be suspended for material breach, security risk or non-payment. On termination, export and deletion are handled under the agreement, retention obligations and applicable law.
Questions, complaints or data-subject requests should be submitted through the authenticated support channel or to the subscribing organization’s designated Information Officer. This public notice is general information and does not replace an organization-specific agreement or legal advice.
